This Rub is unique and took us by surprise. We set out to create a Hot n Mildly Sweet Rub with Indian Flavours that worked well with Chicken and it did the job to a Tee, however we encourage you to season your bowl of Hot Fries (Chips for those of you in South Africa ) and let us know the verdict?
